Is Hypnotherapy a mind controlling skill?
Depends what you mean by that. If you reference to the Hollywood movies that people's mind is controlled by a hypnotist to do a crime, then NO. You will be aware of all during the process and can stop it any time. You will have control over your mind and you design your own life. Setting your goals and expectations is the most important part of this process.

There is many different meanings of a hunger. You can eat for many reasons but what are your reasons. Do you ever feel physological hunger? You can learn to recognise where you are on the hunger scale from 1- 10. Remember that learning starts with a first step.
